Changing default values in registry

I'm having some trouble finding were ADT (AutoCAD) stores de default values for new users. IE, if a new user connects to a certain machine for the first time how can one ensure that the company paths are configured, like default dwt file for new drawings?

PS: We don't use roaming profiles and we are not planning to implement that.

First; the new user needs to use a shortcut that defines the template file
name to use, second when a new user first launches Acad then it is best to
import a template profile as a baseline to work from that has all your
configurations setup.

Would be helpful to know what version of Acad you are using, shooting in the
dark as it is.

And were do I find/create a file with all the parameters changed?

Set up a Acad session with all the configurations set and then export the
profile "as a template profile" to any location. I have a folder that I
have all my users export there profiles to and my template is located in the
same location. Its on the server and gets backed up weekly.
