cannot open 2015 trueview download

 I get message trueview 2015_ ENU_32 bit sfx exe is not a valid win 32 application.

What can I do to use trueview to save down 2015 files to my 2006 cad if I cannot open the trueview download?

Are you running XP? not supported.

Or are you Win7-64bit or Win8-64bit? you got the wrong download.

Or you just have a bad download:
•In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
•In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
1. Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
2. Disable UAC
3. Close and reopen your preferred browser.
