Dear all Autocad Expertise,
I am using the Autocad Inventory Advisor (AIA) to check the Autocad product installation status. After scanning by AIA, the software summary of the report does not show any license checked for Autocad
Under each individual PC, it found there is a Autocad 2010 network version installed.
Does it mean the AIA not count the network license as a software asset?
Or is there any website or document to guide the use ofthe software (AIA)?
Thanks,
Raymond Cheung
A few months ago, an Autodesk employee said this software was N/A. I'll be watching to see if you do find some help on this.
Hi Raymond,
Autodesk Inventory Advisor is only available for use with Autodesk license reviews. It was removed from the main site about 18 months ago. I would recommend checking with ClearApps (http://clearapps.com) as their commercial version of the tool, Network Inventory Advisor, includes the logic to pull license data for Autodesk products.
Thank you,
Scott
