Adept document management system

Have any of you been using Adept (or its predecessor NFM3) for doument
management / distribution? If so, how do you like it? Is it simple to use?
Are searches fast even with large amounts of data? Do you use it for
strictly Autocad files or include others such as Word, Excell, raster files,
or other cad packages?

It is one of several we are considering and are looking for input from
people actually using it. Any information would be appreciated.

yes.

yes.

We only have 1000 documents in it, and I'm running a 400mhz desktop, and
the searches are pert near instantaneous.

Everything, but mostly dwg files. It's really being underutilised by our
folks.... resistance to change... and a lack of understanding how using
it could make their job easier.
