In our company profile, the Help file under the Support tab is pathed to the Help folder on our server (I might add that the contents of this folder are identical to the one on my particular local drive).

Problems with accessing CHM files on a server is part of a Microsoft "hotfix"
that is an unfortunate side effect of strengthening Internet security. CHM files
are essentially encapsulated HTML files and the help system uses IE to view
them.
The solution is to import the following into your Registry:
=================================
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x]
"EnforcedDirectories"="%WINDIR%;%ProgramFiles%\\Movie Maker"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\HHRestrictions]
"MaxAllowedZone"=dword:00000001
"EnableFrameNavigationInSafeMode"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions]
"MaxAllowedZone"=dword:00000001
