ACAD 07 and svchost.exe

Recently everyone in our office has been having problems with svchost.exe pegging the CUP usage to a 100% for up to a minute, drafting comes to a stop!. We upgraded to 07 and switched IT companies at the same time and we have been having the problem ever since. Has anyone else had any problems similar to this or know how we can fix it? Thanks.

I'd start by making sure every machine in your office has a good antivirus,
that is up to date.

Then i'd run spyware removal software on them all. I recomend Ad-Aware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ or Spybot Search & Destroy
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html I run both on every machine
here, when a user reports a slowdown.
