Yes, you answered your own question about DVD to TV. Use the S-video out to
the TV. Boot the computer, then modify your display preferences in the
control panel if necessary.

Computer to Computer wireless network = ad hoc network in your wireless
network settings.

Do I needing a wireless device to create a 2 laptop network in order they connect each other?

I am seeing one laptop in the another one, but there is not disk to explore.

You have to set sharing on the items you want to share such as drives
and/or printers.

Then you need to set your display setting to a TV. Connect the cable, then
boot the computer. You must not be using an Apple, it's effortless with an
Apple.

Glad to hear they are good for something other than email and editing home
movies!

By the way, I still receiving a very poor image in my TV. It is almost B&W. I am wondering if there is a missing setting.

I can watch my TV great. I can watch my DVDs great in my laptop, but when I plug it to TV via Svideo/RCA cable the image is very poor.

I am using a Nero Show, and I a have a HPZV6100 with shared memory graphic card.

What country are you in? you may need to change your TV out setting to PAL
and not NTSC.
