'07 Rollout

I'm starting to think through some different options to try in the ADT'07
rollout this year. I learned alot last year with '06 and the whole CUI
thing. My question has to do with the content in ADT, mainly the annotation
content. We use all the content directly OOTB except that we change the
font that all the callout's and stuff use. With '06 we had all this content
on our server so when you inserted a section callout or title mark it had to
go to our server to get the actual callout block. Well i'm thining this
year to have all the content on the local users machine. I guess i'm
looking for two thing.

1: Best way to modify all the annotation content to use out textstyle, and
then have that set of annotation content on evreyone's machine.

2: Overall opinions on haveing all the content on the local machines as
opposed to on the server. (fyi, we have never changed anything about the
content after we changed the fonts, so it's not like there an ever changing
thing)

Thanks,
John

John,
Instead of changing the style in all the OOTB content, why not just change
it in your template(s)? The callouts use a font named RomanS. Simply
assign a different font to this style in your template(s). Whenever you
insert a block using that style, into a drawing created with one of your
templates, your font will be used instead. You could also try font mapping.
It seems like it would be a lot less work.
