Uploading drawings - error message

When I try and add a new drawing (AutoCAD 2000, about 775kb), I am receiving an error saying 'member not found'. I am the site administrator for our site and have tried a couple different users to see if they can upload it. All attempts have been unsucessful.

Forget it, answered my own question by reading the other posts.

Frankly I'm concerned there are not more messages on this board considering
all of the problems encountered since the 2.2 update March 30th. I've hit
snags every day with this build and it's driving me nuts. Most likely you
made the same mistake I made by following the instructions and downloading
the original install program, ver. 17. This file is corrupt.

The "quick fix" from Autodesk is to uninstall the existing ProjectPoint
program then go to www.projectpoint.com Follow the instructions there and
type your client site name in the prompt, then access your site. This will
force ProjectPoint to load the traditional way with what will probably be
ver. 18.

If this is ver.18, it will fix the "member not found" problem, but there are
others. If you upload by selecting a local directory and copying that to
your project, any new files within that directory will not upload in their
proper sub-directories, but will be placed in the target upload directory.

This is product support's solution for that problem:

You can obtain this build from the following location. Go ahead and save
this to disk and then run the installation.
http://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/customercare/HWI/New%20Client/PPoint2.exe?Pu
blic Please make sure that when you save the file, you add the ".exe" after
the PPoint file name.

Note that only users that experience this problem should install build 24 of
the ProjectPoint 2.2 client.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!

You should be aware we are still experiencing more problems such as:
The "new" xref download feature does not work at all.
The ability upload attached xrefs now fails to do so.
The ability to create a new user within a company by copying an existing one
does not work. If you only new how tired I am of typing in Wimberly
Allison Tong & Goo.

Hope this helps.

Jim

We had similar problems when we were using the automatic download. We found that by downloading the ppoint2.exe file first from http://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/!/download/PPoint2.exe
and then installing the exe file on the PC solved the problem.

This problem is corrected in both the latest CAB
file and EXE installers. We are up to build 24 on the site.

Yes. The current PPoint2.exe or the CAB file
(uninstall ProjectPoint first) will properly install. This problem occurred
because of a once in a lifetime hiccup in our build process. I am sorry for the
hassle.

Sadly no. The hiccup occurred when making the
golden master. The previous 479 builds went just fine.
