Updated Software Errors

When installing the update for Project Point I recieved the following
errors:

"Warning - Can't register KzServicesPS.dll to your system"

It gave an OK as the only option and installation finished. I rebooted.

I can not log onto any buzzsaw/projectpoint project site now as there are
massive failures of app loading relationed to a lot of "KZ" files.

Thoughts?

Thank You.

I am sorry I did not see this on the 8th. KzServicePS.dll is a library used
by AutoCAD to open drawings on ProjectPoint sites. The best thing to do is:

1. Uninstall ProjectPoint.

2. Because references counts become inaccurate with installing/uninstalling
various copies of things, please delete "c:\windows\system32\kz*.*" This
will make sure all of your ProjectPoint libraries are gone.

3. Reinstall ProjectPoint by visiting your site or downloading and executing
http://projectpoint.buzzsaw.com/!/download/PPoint2.exe.

I am not telling you to re-install because that's what tech support people
do -- tell people to re-install. I am telling you that because KzServicePS
can't register. It can't register because you have an old version of
something that it needs. Getting you the latest version of everything should
satisfy KzServicePS.dll so it will register.
