Purging versions?

Hi!

I know that Buzzsaw charges you the space you take on the servers. I also
noticed that the site keeps track of every single revisions of all the docs.

How do we purge these revisions to save disk space?

let me know

First, you may want to archive the site/project. The ProjectPoint help
explains exactly what this means and how to do it.

Then, in the Project Administration area, on the General tab, click the
Versions... button and set the Limit to: value. There is a disclaimer in
the dialog explaining that the old versions will be deleted.

You have two options:

1. Using the SITE ADMIN tab, you can set a version limit for the site.
Picking a number like 3 means that when a file gets its fourth version,
version 1 gets deleted (4, 3, and 2 remain).

2. The other way is that you can purge old versions individually off of the
VERSIONS tab.
