We'd like the ability to print a business process (in this case an RFI), and include all public discussions tied to this particular Business Process. Can it be done? If not, will the API allow for this customization?
There are two possible options. 1) Use Sysexporter - open the discussion and copy out the contents, then print; 2)Archiving should do it. Right-click on the business process and choose Archive - it should pull down the discussions and version comments.
