Network error on login in Buzzsaw 2013

One of our employees receives the following error message when logging into Buzzsaw 2013:

 

Could not send a server request.
Network error: The connection with the server was reset.

 Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Tom,

 

Can you please confirm the TLS Protocol is enabled in Internet Explorer?

 

Here are the steps to enable TLS:

 

  • Open Internet Options
  • Select the Advanced Tab
  • Enable the option TLS 1.0
