I am new to Buzzsaw and have been hired to initiate document control processes in a company with very little at the time. We have basic Buzzsaw and I am a site admin. I notice the project folders in Buzzsaw have been created on the fly, out of necessity. Lots of hands in the pot and some are simply used as personal file transfer to vendors. My question is, can I create a hierarchy of folders above what already exists so I can break it into our organized regions and then a sub-hierarchy of real, recognized projects? I'd like to then move existing folders into their respective places and have one folder designated a kind of "playground" where people can continue to have personal files, at least for now. If this is possible, what does that do to current permissions? If not, are there other suggestions? I have a mess to organize. Thanks!
