I have made several attempts to log on to the project site on Buzzsaw, but i have not been successful.
Please I will appreciate if I can log on to the site and upload drawings.
Thanks

No one at Autodesk has your password. Even your
site admin does not have your password. What you need to do is send your site
administrator an email and tell him you are having trouble. He can reset your
password to a random value, something he won't know what it is, and the system
will send you an email. You can use the link in that email to log onto the site
for the first time and change your password to something you prefer. If you are
having trouble installing the ProjectPoint client, then you may want to talk to
your local IT person about the rights you have on your personal
computer.

Thanks a lot. I have attempted to log on the site with the username and password, however, it keeps giving me this errormessage: Could not send a server request. Network error: A connection with the server could not be established.

That can happen when you have a Proxy server at
your company. You may need to talk to your IT department about opening up the
firewall for *.buzzsaw.com.
