Sadly QA reports that:
"Hmm, I setup a relative path structure and when I uploaded the parent I am
able to upload the xrefs into the subfolder structure that was setup on my
local drive. Just be sure that the "Preserve Folder Structure" option is
checked before uploading or everything will be dumped in the same target
folder."
So I guess I'll need more information if we are to reproduce the problem you
are seeing.
