InfoPath Forms the Easy Way

If you are inexperienced with InfoPath but would like to create a custom Form on Buzzsaw use the provided Buzzsaw templates.

After downloading a template infopath form you can easily design and create new views, add logos. This will save time and headaches because they are working tested templates. To design an InfoPath Form you'll need to have InfoPath installed on PC

Log into Buzzsaw
Go to Projects on Buzzsaw Tool Bar
In Projectpane Area
Highlight Sitename Grey Ball
Go to Site Setup
Select: Form Setup
Form Template
Select Customize Form
Save Form to Desktop

Next,

Go to Desktop
Right click on new Form File
Select: Design
You'll receive a publish reminder click O.k.
To create a new view:
On the Design Task Pane select Views
Go to Edit Menu
Select All
Copy
On the Design Task Pane select action: Add a new view
Paste
Insert picture logo
Save or Publish
Save to desktop again

(Tip- while in Buzzsaw testing if your unsure which view your looking at you can while in Design create a text box with the name of the view)

Go to Buzzsaw
Form Setup
Import New Form
You'll receive the import Wizard step 1 or 4, here give a unique name to Form
On Step 2 select a Workflow and click Advanced Button, here apply a unique InfoPath View to a unique workflow step.
