HTTP 500 error when using View or Edit Online

I'm having trouble editing AutoCAD DWG files online when launching from Buzzsaw Web Access.  I've tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, and multiple files.  Each time when I get redirected to AutoCADWS.com I get the following:

Is this a known issue?  It's been happening for several days.  This is also a trial site - I'm not sure if that makes any difference.

I'm able to edit other drawings (already uploaded via other means) using AutoCAD WS and AutoCAD 360 via the browser without issue.

Hi ForrestJudd - thanks for the report. We are aware of this issue and are working on a resolution for it. In the meantime, as you've discovered, you can upload files directly to Autodesk 360 and edit them online from there.

Thanks,

Shana

I am seeing the exact same behavior today.

Is it still not fixed, or broken again?
