Happy New Year!

Hey everyone! One of my New Year's resolutions is to check these discussion groups more often. I hope you'll join me in becoming more active as well - this is a great place to post your questions, suggestions, ideas, and stories about Buzzsaw. Tell us how you're using it, what's working, what's not, and what can make it better!

Also be sure to check out Constructware, our other Collaborative Project Management platform which has more robust construction and cost management and reporting capabilities. I'll try to monitor that discussion group more frequently as well.

Here's to a great 2008 -

Happy new year to you too.
Now, tell us how much Buzzsaw costs.
We've been trying for several days to find out.
We've contacted our reseller as well as several AutoDesk departments, but we still don't have any information.
Why is it so hard to get this info?
Can you help us?
Lyle.

Hi Lyle,

It's not hard at all - just call the Autodesk Buzzsaw sales team at (866) 815-3501 and they will be able to assist you. You can also go to http://www.buzzsaw.com, which will redirect you to the Autodesk Buzzsaw product page. Click on "How to Buy." Piece of cake!

I'd be curious to know which resellers/Autodesk departments you contact so that we can help educate them. If you'd prefer to contact me directly I can be reached at steve (dot) williams (at) autodesk.com.

Best,

Happy New Year to you too! Where would I find information on the most recent release of Buzzsaw? I hear that there is added functionality from a blog, but I was not able to see much on the Adesk website. Any information is appreciated.

Thanks, Matt

Hi Matt,

The release notes can be found here:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=6107989

I've also attached a PDF with all the details. You can get to this from www.autodesk.com/buzzsaw and click on What's New (in the center area).

The blog post to which you refer is here:
http://connected.typepad.com/connected/2008/01/buzzsaw-20081-r.html (but you're right - it doesn't go into much detail on the new release).

Enjoy,
Steve
