One of my Buzzsaw users tried to send a number of file upload notification messages yesterday but they all said they'd failed. However she still received the verification email confirming the message was sent.
In her mailbox, the messages are still sitting in her outbox, but now the message details all read !!!!!!Can't locate message!!!!!!
Has anyone else had this problem - and how do we fix it?

I noticed a ticket has been logged for this with the Buzzsaw Support Team, we will continue to investigate the issue through the open ticket.
The problem appears to be related to file attachments which are being added to the file upload notifications.
Yes, my user did log it as a ticket and it has now been solved.
For anyone else out there who may suffer this problem, it appears the problem was because the user had the file open in Word whilst trying to upload the file and send the file notification message.
