I can log into the project & browse the files but everytime i try to download i get the message :
"There was an error during the file download of .... "
Someone else here in the office had their pc set up with buzzsaw some time ago & they recall that IT had to do something to get it to work. As this is ftp/file share type software, my guess is that a port needs to be opened on the router?
