Computer selection for autocad 2015 (autocad MEP)

Hello, like a student, i have a little budget, what do you think about this config :

COMPUTER 1

CPU Intel Celeron J1800 - 2.41 GHz Vitesse maximale en mode Turbo 2.58 GHz Nombre de coeurs Double coeur

 with 4 GO RAM

or 

COMPUTER 2

I  know i'll be able to run with autoCAD, but maybe not 3D..

If you can help me to choose I can choose on a website :

The configuration minimal is :

32-bit: Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ Dual Core, 3.0 GHz or Higher with SSE2 technology

64-bit:

• AMD Athlon™ 64 with SSE2 technology
• AMD Opteron™ with SSE2 technology
• Intel Xeon®  with Intel EM64T support and SSE2
• Intel Pentium® 4 with Intel EM64T support and SSE2 technology

But i don't know if for example amd core i5 is better than amd athlon or opteron, how can i choose the good processor ?
