Columns In Form Logs

There does not appear to a column for "response" in the form log for submittals. This is probably the most important piece of information. I can drag the column headings around but I can't add or delete them. Is there a way to do this?

So, Joan, is there any other way to "customize" reports than to rely on the Professional Services Team? We used to use Prolog Professional for our Project Management, and we already have customized forms for all documentation. Is there a way to use those reports? Thanks, Alejandro
