Can anyone suggest if the Buzzsaw mobile app for iOS requires certain ports open on a firewall?
When I'm on my office network (WiFi), the Buzzsaw mobile app (both for iPad and iPhone) fails logging in - giving the error "An error has occured - A connection failure occured"
When using the iPhone's 4G data, or the iPad on another network (home WiFi) - it works just fine. Which leads me to think it's something in the office firewall preventing it from connecting. That being said, even on the office WiFi network, Buzzsaw webclient and Buzzsaw Windows application works just fine.
Any ideas?
