Buzzsaw inifinite loop

I was trying to import an xref and moved faster than my computer could and now I'm stuck in an infinite loop. It's asking me to install ProjectPoint and click 'ok' when it's installed. It opens a internet window and jumps to Buzzsaw.com. When I try to click cancel it sits there for a second then the 'LOOK IN' directory changes to 'My Documents' for a second and then immediately switches back to 'Buzzsaw.com Folders' and opens another internet window. There's is no way I've found to stop it other than killing my open project and starting all over.

Is there anyway to remove the 'BUZZSAW.com FOLDERS' from my selection process?

What application were you trying to import the xref into? If it was AutoCAD
please post your question in the AutoCAD forum or other application you saw
this error. Thanks.

This really is a Buzzsaw question. The XREF Upload feature of Buzzsaw is
trying to resolve the references as part of the upload list and he has
gotten stuck in an infinite loop. How can he get out of it?

I figured this the best place to start asking questions along the BUZZSAW line. So umm.. thanks? I guess.

Please read and understand the comments/questions before responding. It makes for less confusion.

Scott was trying to stick up for me and my question in this forum.

Conner,

The place to start is always with the application you're working in. Many
products use our API to upload to Buzzsaw so we need to be sure which one
you are using to help answer your question or point you in the right
direction. Without knowing that I can't investigate or know if its a
Buzzsaw issue or an issue with how the program you're using is making calls
to our API. Please let us know. We're glad to help.

-Tom
