Buzzsaw Admin can not reset password/send welcome email

I have a buzzsaw (backup) admin that can not send welcome emails and/or reset password.   Up to about a couple of weeks ago she could do this and the only thing that changed is she went from a XP operating system to Win 7 computer.   We have uninstalled and reinstalled the software a few times but everytime the system wants to bring up the "mail" interface (cause we add stuff to our mail notification) nothing happens.   However if she goes to another Win 7 box and logs in with her admin account everything is fine.   Is there something in her Win 7 profile that is corrupt?

 

Buzzsaw 2013 latest version...

I would have your admin contact the helpdesk directly as they may need to do a remote support session to ascertain the source of the problem and provide a solution. Please contact the helpdesk at 1-800-892-0449.
