Notification of Attachments to Checklist Question Comments

It would be good to have a notification displayed if and when a user adds attachments within the comments area underneath a question. At the moment users can select the comments section underneath a question to add further information in relation to that inspection item;

If the user was to add a comment in this section the comment will be displayed underneath the question. However, if the user was to add an image (like below) there is no alert to the user to indicate that an attachment has been applied.
