Mutil Subcontractor Issues - Workflow for multiple parties involved

Lets face it, a majority of issues created deal with more than one subcontractor. 

But we only have the ability to assign an issue to one subcontractor.

It would be great to have the ability to have multiple lines where we know a sub will be involved somewhere down the workflow and to add them to that issue.

Then when subcontractor A has changed the status to "Work Complete" it notifies Subcontractor B, and changes the issue to "Open", keeping the history on the status changes within the same issue. 

Example, pipe burst in a wall.

Sub A - Plumber go fix the pipe

Sub B - Patch the Drywall

Sub C - Repaint and finish.
