Feature:  option to make the document numbering field read only

Standard Tab

New Column labelled "Read Only"

Standard Property name:  Issue ID

For this standard property project admin could check Issue ID as read only preventing users from overwriting system generated document numbering

Each module such as Equipment, Checklists, Task have option to mark Read Only or not.  Project admin would have ability and flexibility to lock document numbering on module by module basis
