Feature:  Subcontractor Role unable to be assigned other Roles which cause permission conflict

Where:  Setup / Project Info / Basics Tab

If administrator assigns a member the Subcontractor Role by default this user account cannot be associated with higher permissions or customer will experience technical issues.

If you select a User and edit we can assign a member a Role of Subcontractor.  This Role cannot be associated with any other check boxes or roles to do so will cause immediate program conflicts.

Feature: if an administrator assigns role of subcontractor then by default all other options and roles should automatically grey out. this prevents an administrator from making mistake and causing frustrations for end users who are using product first time.
