Transmittal & Review Search

Shop drawings review and transmittal in BIM 360 is proving to be a great tool. 

a regular request i get form users of the platform is being able to search drawings in these spaces. 

REVIEWS

a search along with the filters that when a sheet number is search shows all the relevant reviews its been part of.

or the other way around, finding the pdf in document section. when clicking on it shows what reviews it has been part of. 

its often by the time manufacturing come around, a couple of weeks has passed. and about 30 other reviews taken place. to go find the specific review for any comments means trolling through the list till you find it. for now our users dont use the comment section as much because its too hard to find info again. 

TRANSMITTAL 

every time drawings become IFC its required that an official transmittal is sent to all parties. again after a couple of weeks finding the correct transmittal and which drawing is where is tricky. we are currently trying to use the title as some sort of a filter but its proving difficult. a search in this area will also be beneficial.
