When you go to the "nine dot" at the top left of the modules, currently you see all icons relevant to your project. For example, you see Project Home, Document Management, and Account Admin. But if you don't have Model Coordination enabled you don't see it.
I'm proposing that those modules you aren't a part of are still there, but grayed out.
Here's why:
When I change between projects with different modules enabled, the icons will shuffle because some show and disappear accordingly. This is disorienting. I want to expect that a certain icon will always been the "top left" or "top middle" etc. This simple change will make me feel proficient in switching modules (which has always been a pain-point for people).
Most people don't know how amazing and vast our suite of solutions is! We can advertise til we are blue in the face, but nothing peek's people curiosity more than exploring inside the product. Plus, I don't know about you, but I always want to see what's behind a locked door!
Possibly when you hover over the grayed out icon it will say something like "Please contact your contract manager for questions about enabling this feature." OR maybe when you click on the grayed out icon, it will take you to some existing content about that particular module.
This is a direct way to making the everyday user aware of BIM 360's growing capabilities. From the companies I've worked in, and from the EP customers that I currently support, I can say that change happens from the bottom up with new technologies.
