Web Reviewer not working.

Hi,

The web reviewer does not seem to be working right now. Tried basic troubleshooting but nothing fixes it, not even a different browser on a different computer.

It's showing this error:

Capture.PNG

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks,

Vincent

Hi,

Thank you for posting in this forum.

Our engineering team is aware of this issue.  The issue is affecting only users with Reviewer roles in both Glue Web and the Glue Mobile.

I will post an update on this thread as soon as I find out when it will be fixed.

Thank you!

Frederick

Hi,

I am just providing a quick update that the issue has been resolved and was included in the latest update of BIM 360 Glue last Friday evening.

In case the models still does not load, Reviewers who are using Glue Web may need to clear the cache in their internet browsers.  Users of the mobile app may need to uninstall the iPad app then restart the iPad, and re-install the iPad app for Glue.

Please respond to this post if the Reviewers are still encountering the same issues.

Thank you,

Frederick

I'm experiencing this exact same error in the Reviewer Web Broswer.

  • I've tried clearing the IE cache, followed by a full windows restart, but it has not fixed the problem.
  • I've tried notifying the Reviewer of both views and markups, with no success. Both bring up the same error.
  • The user definately has been added to the Project, as you can see from the attached screenshot.
  • I've tried this in both IE and Chrome (I've installed the IE Tab plugin and added b2.autodesk.com to the forward list)

Are there any other things I should try
