When I glue using the Revit add in, and try to use the shared coordinate option, it still seems to be using the project internal. I have tried both options, but get identical results.

I understand that when you attempt to integrate the Autodesk Revit Model in the Autodesk BIM 360 Glue your model is using project coordinate. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with the application. We are aware of the issue and engineering has a fix that will be released very soon. As workaround align your model manually and enter the shared coordinates manually within the Glue application. You can submit a support ticket by clicking on “Contact Autodesk” link from the pull down (see attached) if you need additional assistance.

Shared coordinates issue you reported is fixed now and updated add-ins are now available. When you launch your application you will get an update and it will update automatic.
