Glue error HTTP Header SOAPAction: ...

Hi everyone,

 

I want to trey BIM 360 Glue, but when i try to use it in Revit Add In send me this message "BIM 360 Glue. Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction:http://horizontal-lcc.com/GetUserIdByName." and i don´t know what to do next, i hope you can help me.

 

I saw something related but wih vault and i don´t undertand the solution.

What version of Revit you are working with? Would you be able to provide screen shot of error message?

Hello Roberto,

Thank you for your reply. Please, go to the Autodesk Application Manager, click on "Updates" and look for updates back in June which is when the BIM 360 Glue plug-ins was last updated.

It worked what you recommended, thank you very much.

I want to know how can i show in BIM 360 Glue the 4D simulate secuence drom Navisworks on an Ipad, ¿this is even posible? or ¿how can I do it?

Hi,

 

 

I just want to follow up on your post.

 

Are you still experiencing this issue?  This should have been resolved when updating the Glue plug-ins.  Please go to Control Panel>Programs and Features and look for the add-ins.  It should say version 4.34.2701.

 

Please let us know if you are still continuing to receive the error message after verifying that you have the latest add-ins installed.

Is there a way to get the recent plug-in if my Application Manager is blank and does not show anything from history?

Kevin was able to resolve this issue by installing “Autodesk BIM 360 add-in app for Autodesk Revit 2015 R2 Update”.
