I've tried to delete a model which I've uploaded a few hours ago.
Error Message:
Autodesk BIM 360 Glue
Invalid API call parameters specified
No error message anymore this morning
Is it possible that this happens because of to many open sessions?
I had the same issue and found that I could delete when in the thumbnail view oprion but not the list view option.
I think you're right
First I tried it with the list view. That did not work.
My second atempt was via thumbnail. That worked.
Hello Everyone,
Thank you for posting in this forum.
Our team is aware of an issue in regards to an error when trying to delete a model in list view and are working to have it resolved in the future release. We will update you in this thread when the fix to this issue has been resolved.
In the meantime, the workaround is what others have already posted which is to delete the model in the thumbnail view.
Thank you!
Frederick
Is this still an issue?
I'm on a project now where the Project Admin is unable to delete models. They are not part of any merged models but are just named or uploaded incorrectly. Any thoughts on why he's unable to delete the models??
Sorry to bring this up again, can anyone has any idea why?
In my BIM 360 glue interface, under admin, the edit and delete option doesn't show up even with the arrow overing up the project.
Thanks!
Is there already a solution? Can't delete a model, not from thumnailview nor from listview (Administartion, Administrator, Internet Explorer).
Hi,
Thank you for posting. I am assuming you are using Glue Web. Glue Web is intended for viewing purposes and has limited functionality.
What you will need is to download and install Glue Desktop which will allow you to delete models. You may download it from https://b4.autodesk.com/desktop.
I hope this helps.
