Change Revit Origin for Glue

We moved our project coordinate system and I need to update my Revit model to reflect the new origin. I tried adjust the project base point, applying shared coordinates, and moving the surey point... but none of this works. Does glue use only the hard-coded Revit origin? How do I move my coordinate system after the fact?

Hello Chris,

Thanks for the great question! I’m currently troubleshooting this behavior in our test environment will give you an update as soon as one is available.

Thank you and have a great day!

I had a similar problem a while back and what worked for me after talking with Autodesk support was this.  When gluing a model from Revit, the Glue addin creates a Project Parameter called "SharedCoordinates" to the Revit file, (see attached)....  When changing the Shared Coordinate for the project, this needs to be deleted from the project.  Then you can glue the file with the new coordinate system.

Hope this helps.
