Hello Eric,

This could be related to a security setting. Please check these security and Firewall settings on your PC/Laptop:

Security and Firewall Checklist

          https://accounts.autodesk.com
          https://api.autodesk.com
          http://*.amazonaws.com

          https://*.autodesk.com

Lastly, please check that the time on the computer(s) are within 5 minutes of the correct time.

BIM 360 GLUE does not currently support Authenticated Proxy Servers.

Please, let me know if this help.

Thank you and have a great day!

Best regards,

Hello,

First, Thanks for the fast reply!

The problem was actualy connected to the time in the client computer. They had about 5 minutes of difference versus the "host".

By fixing the time...the problem was solved.

Thanks!

I had the exact same issue, the time fixed my PC as well.

Hello,

We are running into the same issue over here. My question is where to go verify the time of the host?

Thank you

Mine was an easy fix because my windows tablet's time was just set a day in advance. I'm interested in this as well, i would suggest trying to set your PC's time to PST, see if that gets it. if not try the other standard time zones, line your time up with google's clock, see if that helps, again these are only suggestions as i don't actually know what they are referring to when they said "host"

Yes that is correct. One of my participants had their time set to 10:30 when it should have been 10:10.  He then tried logging in again after we set his clock to 10:10 and had no errors. The best way to fix this issue is to make sure your clock is the same time as your phone in the time zone that your computer is set up in. I can only assume that BIM 360 HOST runs off of real current time, which makes sense.

Thanks Kyle.
