Unable to upload (attachemnts/references) BIM360 Field

I am unable to upload many of my BIM 360 Field checklists. The details highligt that (attachemnts/references) are unable to upload. I have many pictures and signatures attached to these various checklists that are unable to upload. This problem occurs ramdomly in more than one specific checklist. Some checklists will upload the ones that will not all have the same error message, checklists seem to be in error at random.

What version of iPAD do you have (iPAD Air, iPAD 2, iPAD 3 or iPAD mini)? What iOS version running on the iPAD? What version of BIM 360 Field application running on the iPAD?

The version of iPAD I am running is iPAD Air, the iOS is 8.1 and the BIM 360 Field version is 4.6.
Thanks for any help on this issue.
