Scrolling multiple page documents has changed

Recently, everyone on my project who has synced has lost the ability to scroll throught multiple pdf viewer instead being left with the option of only looking at one page at a time and having to guess.  Is there a way to rectify this as it is very unproductive.  The scrolling viewer was excellent.

Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue, I do not have the ability to scroll document pages, only select which page to jump to within a document.
