Problems with sincyng new tasks and models in the bim 360 field app

Hello, I´m using the free trial version of  Bim-360-Field. I´m having problems with sincyng new tasks and models in the bim 360 field app since yesterday. Now it only appears the ¨Don´t sync tasks model¨ option. Previously I could do sincyng without problems and choose among more options. Also, I´ve tried to add more models from Bim-360-glue to Bim-360-Field, but it appears that the sincyng problems don´t allow to show this new model in Field. I´ve tried to troubleshoot the sincyng problems in the ipad app but it didn´t fix anything. I´ve attached some pictures from the problem.
