Fields missing when mapping properties from Glue

Hi

I'm trying to map properties from a Glue model to a Field project, but some of the fields are missing.  The model is originally coming from Navisworks, and the fields are visible in Glue without any problem.  They are simply not available in the mapping drop-down list.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Mariepl,

 

I have been experiencing the same issues, however my model has originated from Revit. I have informed engineering about this and I have been told to expect a fix soon as it is an issue with the background database not mapping correctly.

 

I have found that not all the selection sets set up in naviusworks don't show the correct ammount of equipment when in Field and that some of the equipment elements created after mapping in field as showing data from other objects.... which is very odd.

 

I hope we can get this resolved soon, feed back from Autodesk would be much appriciated!

Thank you for participating in our community!

I understand that when you attempt to map model from the Autodesk Naviswork to BIM 360 Glue project to BIM 360 Field project some of the Field are missing when mapping properties from Glue. I just verify with my support team members and learned that this issue has been resolved. If you are still seeing same behavior then please call our support phone line and one of our support member will help you to open service ticket for the issue Once service ticket is open itwill assign to our of our support specialist will help you resolve the issue.

If this is now fixed (which I understand is being rolled out this evening) I need to understand what actions I will need to take on the project i.e. Re-sharing the models and remapping properties? Also I have a ticket raised with engineering as the syncing between glue and field is stuck on my project and i can't change any of these as it is not accessible whilst the process is in this state. Any updates on why this processes getting stuck would be useful. Thanks

I was under the impression that the fix was already rolled out... but it's good news if it's being rolled out this evening because the problem is not fixed in my project over the weekend.
