I work for a construction company who uses bim 360. I just downloaded it to my new apple IPAD air. When I attempt to sign in it gives me an error message as follows: "Your autodesk ID isnt enabled for the autodesk bim 360 field service. If you are working on a project thats using bim 360 field, ask you bim 360 field project administrator to add you to the project." Nobody in my company knows who the project administrator is. My question: How can I figure it out and or can any other user add me....

just downloaded the autodesk bim 360 ipad app but it wont let me login. it says that my autodesk id or pasword is incorrect, but it is the same password that i used to log in to autodesk site and to login in to the glue app also

Click on this link and follow instruction to change your password on the web:
https://accounts.autodesk.com/Account/ForgotCredentials
Once you reset the password on the web, you should be able to use new password to log in on the iPad application.

I am also having the same issue, I can log in on autodesk but when I follow the link from the invite email from my coworker to the BIM 360 field sign in page it won't let me sign in.

I am also seem to be having the same issue it says my autodesk ID and password do not match, just to comfirm i am using my email as my id as i do on the web.
Any help would be much appreciated.
