BIM 360 Field API for Document Library

Has anyone written a good API to automatically upload documents to the library for their projects?

 

If so and you used a 3rd party consultant - hopefully you could pass their contact information on to me because we are wanting to create one / do one to make pushing documents into the library much easier..
