I keep getting the following message appear on my screen and it opens loads of error messages. This happens when I haven't even got Autosketch running.
You included the file name and path from the error message, but not what the error message said. Also look at the title bar and see "who" generated the error massage......Either Windows or Autosketch.
My guess is that Autosketch IS trying to launch, is set for that particular symbol library (.slb file) , and that the .slb file is missing from that location.
