Jan, assuming you overwrote your previous version of sx2.dll when you applied
the patch, the best way to return to it so that Sketch will start is to
uninstall and reinstall without any antivirus running in memory.
By the way, have you seen the TS66300 that discusses the sx2.dll issue?

I have created a case number (CID 756086) tracking your experience with the
sx2.dll patch with the localized versions of AutoSketch and will report back
to you and this newsgroup what the best resolution will be.
