Thumbnail preview in windows explorer Win7 64bit

Hi board,

we are using autosketch 10 on different workstations, mostly Win7 32bit, but now also some Win7 64bit. We are currently facing the problem, that the thumbnail preview of skf-files only works in windows explorer, when we also install autosketch 8. But this method only works on our 32bit machines ... I installed two workstations with Win732bit, Autosketch 8&10 and no preview is visible, the explorer only shows a green skf-Icon.

Is there any solution or workaround available? Most of the users don't want to work with the internal preview.

sorry, I made a mistake in my first post ... I meant to say "I installed two workstations with Win7 64bit, Autosketch 8&10 and no preview is visible ..."

To sum it up again - preview of skf works in Explorer only on Win7 32 bit (when I install both Autosketch 8 & 10)

Win7 64 bit only shows the green skf-icon (also with both versions installed).
