set scale to image

I need to import full size raster (pdf, tif) architectural drawings and trace them in AS 9 layers. The raster images are not reliably to scale. Can I, on an AS layer, select 2 points of known dimensions, and use those to set the scale for the SKF drawing? For example, select from the underlying raster image 2 scaled points called out as 24" apart, on an AS layer draw a line between them, and declare that line to be 24" in the SKF. Thank you.

Don't know of that function per se, but you could just see what AutoSketch says that distance is, calculate the ratio of that measurement to what it should be, and then modify the drawing scale by that proportion.

Thanks for the work-around. I'm still wondering if there's a function.

Fred is correct. There is no work-around, there is no function. It's
called maths. Some people may call it logic.
