Hi,
We just upgraded vom version 7 to version 8. Now Users got the following
problem when I want to open files I created some time ago: the file is
called xy.dwg for example. I open it in autosketch 7 and everything seems to
be fine. Then I open the same file in the "new" version autosketch 8 and
suddenly text and fields look like this: v7 - text; v8 - t e x t. The font
size is exactly the same, but text fields are stretched also. I donĀ“t know
where it comes from. I checked all the menues in both versions but
everything looks exactly the same!
Anybody an idea?

It's not a promise (can't check since I only have 1 version installed), but it is an idea:
If sketch works like AutoCAD, each version has it's on folder in the "program files"->"Autodesk" folder.
Find the fonts in each folder. Move the fonts from v8 (save them in my docs or something, just in case) and then copy-paste all the fonts from the v7 folder into the v8 folder..
