page setup - default units

AS7. In Page Setup / Custom Size, the default units are Imperial (inches).
This seems to be independant of the Units selection under Tools / Drawing
Options.
Is it possible to change Page Setup / Custom Size to Metric.

I've used AS6 and now AS9. If I remember, I think it was an installation choice in AS6. In AS9 the default setting sets (and is affected by) the English / metric setting in Windows.

In my V7, I went to Tools /Drawing Options/ and changed Measurement System
from English to Metric, and Page Setup / Custom Size then shows what looks
like metric measurements (216.069 by 279.569 instead of 8.5" x 11").

Many thanks. I'd missed the English / metric at the bottom of the dialog box
